Many people gathered in the hall, which was almost full.
We sang J-Gospel songs along with Christmas songs.
In response to an encore, we concluded the concert by singing “God Is Love” together with the audience, making the letter “L” with our fingers.
After the concert, many people shared positive comments such as, “We were deeply moved,” “Thank you for singing that reached our hearts, not just skilled singing,” and “We would love to listen again.”
All the CDs we brought were sold out, showing the very positive response from the audience.

Although it was a newly opened venue, those who had attended a mission school were delighted and said they felt nostalgic listening to the gospel music. Others, who heard gospel music for the first time, commented, “It was wonderful from beginning to end,” “I want to hear it again,” and “It was so much fun—please come again.” Some were even moved to tears.
We were also invited to visit on other days and to perform on other floors, and were even asked to sing at a children’s center. Several new connections were opened. All glory be to the Lord! On Friday, December 12, 2025, the gospel group Gifts was invited as a major guest for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic to Soujukai, a social welfare corporation in Chiba Prefecture, where they held a Christmas gospel concert. Gospel music was shared with approximately 100 attendees.
After the concert, the director of the facility commented, “There are three other venues in this facility, so we would love to have you perform there as well in the future,” extending an invitation for further performances.
Following the concert, many heartfelt responses were received, such as:
“Every song was wonderful, and my image of gospel music completely changed.”
“I couldn’t stop crying.”
“We were amazed to see expressions, smiles, and movements like raising their hands from the residents—things they never usually show us as staff.”
Many new Instagram followers were also gained on the spot.

PEACE held a gospel concert at a residential senior care facility.
During the program, participants were invited to learn sign language motions for the song “You Were Born to Be Loved,” and they also enjoyed singing gospel music together.
There were many heartfelt responses—some listeners were moved to tears, others who had been looking down lifted their faces and applauded, and many listened with deep concentration. It was clear that the gospel message had reached their hearts.
Among the residents was someone who had regularly attended J-GOSPEL concerts at a day service center in the past. The individual was especially delighted and helped create a joyful atmosphere throughout the event.
We give thanks to the Lord for this time.
