Advance Registration Required for Bus Service
(Tokyo Antioch Church Departure and Arrival)
Advance registration is required for those who wish to use the bus service departing from and returning to Tokyo Antioch Church.
Please visit the Hakuba Synergoi Camp website and tap “Application”, then complete your registration through the form titled
“Tokyo Antioch Church Bus – Seat Reservation Application.”
Please note that a Hakuba Synergoi Camp Application Receipt Number is required to register for the bus. Be sure to first complete your registration for the Hakuba Camp. Afterward, check the automatic confirmation email and confirm your Application Receipt Number before applying for the bus.
Before submitting your bus application, please carefully read the information below to avoid any mistakes.
Bus Meeting and Departure Schedule
Outbound:
March 10 (Tuesday)
Meet at 7:30 a.m. / Departure at 8:00 a.m. (tentative)
Return:
March 12 (Friday)
Departure after the camp program concludes
Please pay close attention to on-site announcements regarding the departure time.
Bus Fare
If 49 participants apply:

- Adult (One Way): ¥4,000
- Child (Round Trip): ¥4,000
- Child (One Way): ¥2,800
If 40 participants apply:

- Adult (Round Trip): ¥7,200
- Adult (One Way): ¥4,800
- Child (Round Trip): ¥4,800
- Child (One Way): ¥3,300
If 30 participants apply:

- Adult (Round Trip): ¥9,000
- Adult (One Way): ¥5,800
- Child (Round Trip): ¥5,800
- Child (One Way): ¥3,800
