We previously announced that the time limit is 3 minutes, but the 3 minute limit is only for the Tokyo Antioch Church preliminaries and Kanto preliminaries. For other regional qualifying rounds, the time is still 5 minutes or less, but depending on the situation in the region, it may be less than 3 minutes. It is up to the district. Please contact The Vision for any inquiries.
