Praise band of Holy City Jerusalem church (Kagoshima) held a gospel concert at an orthopaedic surgery clinic in Kagoshima city. We had a concert in a day care room. However we asked the door to be open and let people in physical therapy room, consultation room and reception counter.
When we were singing J gospel, people clapped their hands. At the time of “Let’s sing together!”, we were able to sing together joyfully.
Then, patients and doctors stopped when they passed by at the concert, and even the director of the clinic was watching us, shedding his tears.
Grandmas who had no facial expressions at the beginning changed while listening to gospel. And at the end, they were listening, waving their hands to us.
Some grandmas said, “thank you!” after the concert with smiles. A staff in charge of this event said, “Please come again” when we were going home after tidying up.
We give thanks to God, who blessed us from our heart.
