On February 21, GRACIOUS DOORS held a volunteer concert at a day care service facility in Tokyo, welcoming approximately 20 attendees.
During the latter half of the program, an elderly woman who had not been feeling well joined the audience. As familiar children’s songs such as Furusato and the original gospel song You Are All Right were performed, she listened and sang along with tears in her eyes, clapping her hands in time with the music.
This concert marked the 100th performance at this location. To celebrate the milestone, the staff displayed a large banner reading, “Congratulations on the 100th Performance!”
For the encore, Let Us Overflow with Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Man were performed once again. The entire audience joyfully joined in, clapping their hands, raising their arms, and swaying together as they sang.
At the conclusion of the concert, the group was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a commemorative message board filled with heartfelt notes from the participants. The members expressed deep gratitude for this meaningful gesture.
Above all, heartfelt thanks are offered to God for richly blessing this concert and the time shared together.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your precious prayers and generous support for the operation of the school in Zambia.
Today, we would like to make a special request regarding Mrs. Ouko Mutale, the responsible staff member who has been faithfully serving in the management of the school in Zambia.
Cornerstone Orphanage has been appealing for support toward the tuition fees of Mrs. Ouko’s children. However, at present, the required amount for this school term has not yet been fully met.
The total amount needed for one term for three children is 230,000 yen.
Mrs. Ouko dedicates a great deal of her time and effort to the operation of the school locally. In order for her to continue serving faithfully in this work, Cornerstone Orphanage would like to continue appealing for support for her children’s tuition.
We humbly ask for your prayers that the school operations may be sustained and protected, and that the needs of Mrs. Ouko’s children may be fully provided for. We sincerely appreciate your prayerful and financial support.

On February 14, a Healing Gathering was held at Tokyo Antioch Church.
On this occasion, Yuki Hoshina, who is active as a gospel enka singer, shared his testimony of recovery from panic disorder.
In the autumn of 2022, he suddenly began experiencing intense anxiety, heart palpitations, and hyperventilation, and was diagnosed with panic disorder. At one point, the fear became so strong that he struggled even during worship while singing praises.
However, through thanksgiving, prayer, and the support of the church, he gradually recovered. One day, while serving without taking medication, he found himself able to sing with genuine joy from his heart and realized that he had experienced complete healing.
He is now free from symptoms and continues to serve in praise ministry in various locations.
🌈 Read more about the testimony of healing from panic disorder.
In the autumn of 2022, Yuki Hoshina suddenly experienced an intense sense of anxiety at her workplace—something he had never felt before. He developed heart palpitations and mild hyperventilation, and after visiting a psychosomatic clinic, he was diagnosed with panic disorder.
Panic disorder is a condition in which sudden and overwhelming fear—often accompanied by symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, trembling, dizziness, and sweating—occurs without an apparent cause. Although individual attacks usually subside naturally within about ten minutes, their unexpected nature often leads to persistent anxiety about future episodes.
From that day, he began taking anti-anxiety medication. Although he had not previously struggled with tension, he began to feel intense anxiety and later shared that during special praise times at Sunday worship, he sometimes felt as if he wanted to escape from the situation.
During this period, he continued to give thanks to God, pray, and sing “Kankan Kansha,” while also receiving intercessory prayer from members of the church. Through this, his symptoms gradually began to ease.
Subsequently, he contracted COVID-19, and his physical condition became very severe. During that time, he forgot to take his panic disorder medication and took only the medication prescribed for COVID.
After recovering from COVID, a day came when he stood to serve in praise ministry without having taken his panic medication for some time. On the day of the service, he realized he had not taken it. Although abruptly stopping antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication can sometimes cause withdrawal symptoms, he experienced no difficulties at all and was able to sing joyfully and freely from her heart.
At that moment, he realized that she had been completely healed.
Furthermore, on that same day of praise ministry, he received an invitation from a large church in Shizuoka Prefecture after someone there had watched the music video for “Kankan Kansha.” Since then, he has already served there four times and has been given opportunities to share his testimony of healing from panic disorder.
At present, his panic symptoms have been fully healed, and he continues to serve joyfully in praise ministry in various locations.
The Healing Gathering is open to everyone.
We warmly invite you to join us at the next gathering as well.
