Gospel Seed’s Esther Harumi Sanbonmatsu developed three incurable diseases at the age of five, causing her to lose muscle strength, and was hospitalized for long periods of time and was bedridden. After the church vehicle broke down, an inspection at a repair shop revealed that extensive repairs were required and the cost would be substantial.
Following consultation, and to ensure the safe continuation of the church’s ministry, it was decided to urgently purchase a used vehicle rather than proceed with repairs. The cost of the used vehicle currently being considered is approximately 2.5 million yen.
This vehicle is indispensable to the church’s ministry; it is used by Pastor Paul Akimoto for daily pastoral duties and nationwide service, as well as for worship services, charismatic gatherings, various meetings, camps, and other activities.
