On Saturday, December 9th, Christmas gospel concerts were held at two elderly care facilities in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. The praise teams from Horizon Community Chapel Gunma Church and TLEA Yokosuka Church sang gospel songs with Christmas songs.
Both venues were filled with a crowd beyond capacity, and there were people who gathered, shedding tears as they listened attentively. A loud applause and cheers erupted after each song, and after the performance, many individuals approached, seeking handshakes.
They joyfully shared their impressions, expressing immense delight, creating a blessed and memorable moment.
On December 9th, there was a healing ministry at Tokyo Antioch Church. Amidst PATOLIS’s mini-live performance, experiences of healing were shared.
Shion, a wife, stood on an iron plate for eight hours every day and walked about 30,000 steps while working. Consequently, her feet were swollen and painful. Despite using a supporter, she sought healing through prayer. One day, after removing the supporter, the pain went away, and she was completely healed.
This is a story from the time when the brother of Daniel Mori, who is active in Kansai, embraced faith. When the brother and his wife attempted to attend church as a family, they discovered that their eldest son had developed hives all over his body. Although the wife hurriedly suggested going to the hospital, the husband said, “Wait a moment, it’s not too late to pray,” and laid hands on their son, offering a healing prayer.
Later, the wife rushed to the hospital with their son. When they showed the doctor, saying, “Please look, it was this severe,” and undressed him, the hives had completely disappeared, and he was entirely healed.

The Israeli government had initially planned to call up 300,000 reservists, but an unprecedented 360,000 reservists have been mobilized. As a result, the army is in need of warm meals, essential items, and hygiene supplies. Every week, our church members respond to the soldiers’ needs by shopping, preparing warm meals, and providing them to elderly residents in nursing homes.
Some of these soldiers have no family in Israel, and they joyfully appreciate being able to enjoy a delicious homemade meal once a week. It is also a tremendous blessing to be able to assist new immigrants arriving from Ukraine and Russia to Israel.
Recently, we established a new church called “Or Chai” in the outskirts of Haifa, and service has begun. We are confident that this church will bring light, hope, God’s love, and truth to many people.
Please pray for the salvation of many and for the glory of God to be revealed. We are in need of your intercessory prayers.
Pray for the government, the military, and especially for the soldiers from our church who are serving in the military. Pray for their safety, swift return of hostages, and that God, who is fighting alongside them, will protect and deliver them.
May the abundant blessings of the Lord be upon you!
