We performed at the Worship Festival

On January 2nd, at the Live Church Sunza in Hamamatsu City, the event “WORSHIP FESTIVAL” featured performances by Hoshina, Come&Worship, and Sara Maeda with Family Band. Hoshina, filled with joy at finally standing on the main stage, shared testimonies of healing and presented gospel enka songs such as “Than Than Thanks,” receiving a tremendous applause and cheers from the audience.

Come&Worship’s participation in this event, which opened through an encounter with the worship pastor of the same church during a gospel festival held in Okinawa in November, featured four original gospel songs. The impactful moment when everyone raised their hands and worshipped together during “Give Glory to Our God” left a lasting impression.

Yokosuka Countdown

On December 31st to January 1st, the “Yokosuka Countdown 2024” event took place at the Verny Park special stage in Yokosuka, featuring performances by Come&Worship from Yokosuka Church and Maeda Sara with Family Band.

The Yokosuka Countdown, held for the first time in four years, marked the fourth appearance for the bands. This time, they not only served as the finale for the countdown concert but also led everyone on stage in a New Year live session that followed the countdown.

In Pastor David Maeda’s newly composed song, “Happy New Year YOKOSUKA,” approximately 1,000 enthusiastic audience members joined in singing, creating a greatly blessed moment.
