Update on Philip

We have received the following update from Susan of Immanuel Tours in Israel regarding her father, Philip:

“My father was greatly encouraged when he received Pastor Paul Akimoto’s email saying, ‘Although this year’s Israel team has been canceled, we plan to come next year. We are praying for your health.’

He repeatedly spoke about how meaningful and wonderful his long-standing relationship with Pastor Paul has been to him. He was truly delighted and excited to receive Pastor Paul’s message.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers for my father’s complete healing.”

Regarding the Church Vehicle

We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued prayers for the ministry of Tokyo Antioch Church.

Recently, while returning from the Hakuba Camp, one of the church vehicles broke down. After being inspected at a repair shop, it was determined that the vehicle would require major repairs at a very high cost.

After careful consideration, we have decided that, in order to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the church’s ministry, it would be best to replace the vehicle with a used one rather than repair it. The estimated cost of the replacement vehicle is approximately ¥2.5 million.

The church vehicle is essential for supporting many areas of the ministry, including worship services, Charismatic Conferences, various church meetings, volunteer ministries, camps, and other outreach activities.

We would greatly appreciate your prayers that this financial need will be met as soon as possible. If the Lord places this need on your heart, we would also be deeply grateful for your financial support.
