We were able to share the Gospel message, and everyone attentively listened to the lyrics, clapping their hands and ringing bells in rhythm. On December 23rd (Saturday), a Christmas concert was held at a a welfare facility for children in Ota-ku. This annual event, now in its eighth year, featured visits from Peace, Lumiere, and Yuki Hoshina.

During the concert, we presented a mix of Christmas songs and general tunes, interspersed with gospel performances. While the children joyfully participated in the general songs, they listened attentively during the gospel performances.

Peace’s Yorokobi Kihara, a qualified music therapist, incorporated sign language into the song “Niji,” and children who had learned the song at school joined in, signing along. In the finale, during “God is Love,” everyone participated by forming an “L” shape with their fingers.

We express our gratitude to the Lord who blessed us.
