On September 19, GRACIOUS DOORS held a volunteer concert at a day-care center in Tokyo, attended by about 18 people.
When we sang our original gospel song “Koko Kara” (From Here), the entire venue was enveloped in a wonderfully warm atmosphere of God’s love and grace.
After we had finished our setlist, an elderly lady who had seemed quiet suddenly called out, “Encore! I’d like to hear ‘Afureru Bakari ni Kansha Shiyou’ (Let Us Overflow with Thanksgiving).” We were absolutely astonished!
We went on to perform three encore songs, and everyone was delighted, saying, “That was so much fun!”
