At today’s second service, a laying on of hands ceremony was conducted for Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sanbonmatsu as they were ordained as the pastor and evangelist of the Tokyo Antioch Church.
On Friday, May 17, the GRACE worship team and Hoseki from the Antioch Church were invited to hold a praise concert at a day service center in Oyama City.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic that began in 2019, this day service center has continued to invite us regularly without interruption.
Forty elderly attendees and seven staff members listened to the concert.
As the concert began, it became evident that love, joy, and peace were being ushered in along with the worship team. We were also given the freedom to speak openly about the church, the Bible, the cross, and knowledge of God, which made the people’s faces light up.
Not only was I able to go with the support of collaborators instead of alone, but it was also a service that strongly conveyed that the revival has already begun.
