Payment of hotel fees and cancellation fees
If you are sure to attend the Hakuba camp, please pay the whole hotel fees by Friday, July 3.
If your payment will be after July 3, please inform us the day of your payment.
Please note: If you will not make payment by the date without your contact regarding the payment date, we consider that your attendance is cancelled.
Cancellation fees
There will be no cancellation fees for cancellation before Friday, July 3. However, your registration fees will not be returned.
Cancellation fees will be imposed as following.
Cancellation from Saturday, July 4- Sunday, July 19…. 10% of hotel fees
Cancellation from Monday July 20 – Sunday, July 26….15% of hotel fees
Cancellation from Monday, July 27 – Saturday, August 1….25% of hotel fees
Cancellation on Sunday, August 2….50% of hotel fees
Cancellation on Monday, August 3 and later… 100% of hotel fees
No show…. 100% of hotel fees
