On Wednesday, December 6, a praise band of Machida Church held a gospel concert for an hour at a day care center included in a hospital in Sugito town of Saitama prefecture.
Because of Christmas season, at first we sang Joy to the World and Silent Night. After that, we sang gospel songs from Kaze no hibiki and Yasuragi no uta. More than 60 people including staffs listened, and God worked to the staffs not only to the users.
At the end there was a person who could not stop tears and was crying in a loud voice, and there were tears in many people’s eyes.
The staffs said “Everyone was moved and crying.” They were surprised. After it, they brought a calendar and asked “When will you be able to come in next month?” and we were requested to hold next concert.
Also, the welfare section of Sugito Town came and they also listened together and we were extremely pleased.
