The TrueVine and Kofu Gospel Club held a volunteer Gospel concert.
On Monday, we went to a facility which we began to visit regularly. Here the users played percussion instruments together with us, and sang with moving thier hands. The staff member said, “It’s a good musical therapy.” Some users came for the concert though they were not scheduled to come this day. Some of the staff memers said they wanted to sing Gospels. They are looking foward to the concert next month.
On Tuesday, we went to a facility which we are visiting three or four times every year. As the concert went by, a user who has been on bed suddenly rose up and walked to us, and others dried thier tears from their eyes while listening to our MC and songs. After the concert they preared “nagashi-somen” on the veranda for us and we were blessed. We thank God.
