On Saturday, April 20, a praise band at Holy City of Jerusalem Church (Kagoshima) held gospel concerts in Pearlland Hospital in Kagoshima city. We sang nine Yasuragi songs and nursery rhymes.
While singing nursery rhymes, the patients played the maracas and a tambourine. They sang together and had a merry time.
When we sang the song, “You Are My God,” an old man sitting in front was wiping his tears. God’s strong Presence was poured.
After the concert, people said,”It was very good. I was touched by the song.” Some of the audience offered the hand for handshake, and it was a blessed time. The manager sent us a postcard saying, “It was a time of refreshment for both the patients and for the staff.” We praise His name.
