On 5 Feb., a praise band of Matsusaka, Suzuka and Kuwana called “Glory to the Lord” praised at a community center at Matsusaka city. They usually practice Gospel in that place. On that day, each circle using the center had a recital. The presence of the Lord was increased the moment they praised. Some of them sang some songs looking at a lyric sheet, and others closed their eyes listening to their songs. They seemed to be touched by God. Also the manager of the center said, “It’s splendid”. He was pleased at the concert.

On Saturday 11, Feb, Experiencing Healing Gathering was held at Tokyo Antioch Church. First, we went to perform a street live with the gospel group L’abeille. Because they would give a mini-live in the first half of the gathering. When we handed out the flyer for the gathering, many people received them. Astonishing, they said, “Oh, It’s Gospel”. We realized that people’s attitude was getting changed before. Also the staff using sing language joined the street live. Then, sign language will be available next gathering.

Second Round of National Gospel Group Contest held in Kanto is held in this evening. It starts at 5:00 pm. The contest will be broadcast live online. Please enjoy!

Praise Contest in Kanto will be held on Sunday 12, February at Hyattregency Tokyo at 5:00 p.m. The contest will be broadcast online. Also Tokyo Charismatic Meeting will be held at the same place. We look forward to seeing you there.

Support Goods are given by carton box to the orphanage in Cambodia from Japanese Singapore Fellowship Every member. A carton box was brought this year.

They were requested to write an article on the leaflet of testimonies which is published by Singapore Japanese christian fellowship in Japan.

The relationship gets opened in the orphanage in Cambodia.

Gifts held the concert before the Ohmuta Station on February 10.  With the permission to use the place before the building of the tourist association, the concert was held freely for an hour.  When singing voice started to come out, people got to gather from all over the place and many people listened to.  A local musician requested,”We prepare any equipments when you come next time.  Please come without any prepared equipements.” A fan of Ms. Kayano, the leader of this band asked her to write her autograph.  While Male members tried to write their autograph, they were told that they need only Kayano’s.  It was very impressed. Thank God!!!

Japan Transplant Support Charity Concert is held at “The Koenji” on Wednesday, February 15. Gifts and Gospel Seed will perform and Jero, a Enka singer, too.

A praise group of Kyoto Zion Church held a live show in Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station, a subway station. Some earnestly listened sitting on the bench placed just before the place of the performance.
One of them left during the live show and again came back with friends just when the live show ended, and said,”I wish to let them listen to your singing voice. Would you sing for us?” After we finished singing, they thanked, “We feel we are washed away, and we are saved. We thank you for your excellent singing voice.” Finally, we could hand the tract. Hallelujah! Thank the Lord!

On 9 February, Gifts and a praise band of Kagoshima held a Gospel concert at a large shopping center. There were so many people standing to listen to their performances. Some people bought their CDs because they were so moved. It was a wonderful concert.

On February 9, Gifts held a concert at a welfare facility for the handicapped in Sasebo. Poeple welcomed them warmly from the start. About fifty people gathered together. Many people were crying in the concert, and people stood in line to buy their CDs. The gardians of the handicapped said that they wanted to have the concert every year. Some asked Gifts for an autograph on a wheelchair. Poeple treated Gifts eagerly until they left the facility. We thank God.

On February 8, Gifts played a street live show in front of Ogura station in Kita-Kyushu. Although it was cold, many people stopped by. Usually the police comes and stops us, but this day we were not stopped and we sang many songs. Four or five people came from the street live to the mini concert before the Charismatic meeting. We thank God.

On February 8, Gifts held a street live in front of a Music Hall in Kumamoto. At the site of the street live, they encountered the ex-boss of Pastor Kayano. In the Music Hall they held a concert, where twenty or thirty people gathered together. The owner of the hall was very much moved by the concert. He said, “The piano accompaniment of the talk was very good.”
