Within 24 hours prior to departure from Haneda, each team member needs to visit the website of the Israeli Ministry of Health on his/her smartphone and fill out the entry statement and health declaration online form, and submit them online.
A confirmation email will be sent back to the email address you have registered on the form.
After that, each team member was supposed to apply for the PCR test upon arrival in Israel and make a credit card payment online.
But now, it is not necessary to do that, for the Immanuel Tours will apply for the PCR test for the team in advance on their behalf, and the PCR test fee will be included in the tour fee.
So, they no longer need to bring their credit card on the team.
However, if you do not submit your entry statement and health declaration online form within 24 hours prior to your departure from Haneda,
you will not be able to enter Israel, so please make sure that you do this, and for that purpose, please make sure that you have your smartphone and email address ready to join this team.
