About Hakuba Camp Accommodation Fee Cancellation Fee

To all Hakuba camp participants We will contact you regarding the cancellation fee for the accommodation fee. If you apply for local participation and do not participate locally, please be sure to contact us. After Saturday, June 18th, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made by June 17th (Friday) will not be charged a cancellation fee. * Registration fee cannot be refunded. It will be automatically transferred to the registration fee for online participation. cancellation charge Cancellation from June 18th (Sat) to July 3rd (Sun) is 10% of the accommodation fee Cancellation from July 11th (Monday) to July 16th (Saturday) is 15% of the accommodation fee Cancellation on Sunday, July 17 50% of accommodation fee Cancellation after Monday, July 18 70% of accommodation fee In case of non-night (no contact) 100% of accommodation fee * No cancellation fee will be charged if the accommodation is canceled due to the person being positive for the new coronavirus or becoming a close contact. Please contact us as soon as possible. * If a refund occurs due to cancellation, you will be responsible for the transfer fee for the refund. Please transfer the accommodation fee by Tuesday, July 5th. If it will be after that, please be sure to inform us of the scheduled transfer date.
