On 25th, Fukuoka J-gospel club was invited and held a concert in a cultural festival of a hospital in Karatsu city Saga prefecture.
About 50 people of patient, doctor and nurse gathered to the concert, and we sang praise songs mainly from Yasuragino uta. There was presence of the Lord from the beginning, there was a person who was crying, who was listening quietly and who respond to us as raising their hands, the concert was blessed very much.
When we asked the impression to some of the audience after the concert, one gentleman of in his eighties who is going to leave the hospital one month later, he told us he was planning to commit suicide. But he told us “The Bible is great, the word of the Bible has a power” “I was given a hope and strength to live in my heart.”Staffs of the hospital also told us to visit again.
We give praise and thanks to the Lord led the concert!
