On Tuesday, August 5, the praise bands Immanuel and Beracha (Los Angeles Church) held a concert in an Elderly Care Facility in Mitaka. It was their second concert, and about forty people got together. They sang seven Gospel songs from Yasuragi-no-Uta and Kaze-no-Hibiki. After the concert, one person stood up and said, “I am now 95 years old, but I have never heard a song like this before. It is my first time that a song came so deeply in my heart and touched my soul. It was the best song that I ever heard so far.” Others also said, “It was as if my heart was cleansed,” “It has given me power.” “I was going through a hard time but this song encouraged me.” and so forth. The staff also treated us differently than before, and some shed tears as they listned. We give all the glory to the Lord.
