The application guidelines are as follows.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>[Guidelines]<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please submit songs in CD or mp3 format by mail or e-mail if possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please submit your songs in mp3 format or wave format.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the file name, please write the song title, songwriter name, and whether it is a new song or a re-entry, as follows.
