The tour cost for the team to Israel is expected to be released on Thursday, September 30 at the earliest.<\/div>\r\n

We will start accepting applications as soon as it is released (because 9\/28 and 9\/29 are national holidays in Israel).<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
For those who are “sure” of joining the team to Israel, please prepare the followings.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
The tour cost is expected to be released at the end of this week. We will start accepting applications as soon as that becomes available.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
1. Following items to be emailed to the Israeli Department<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
a) Scanned PDF file of your vaccine certificate (photocopy is not acceptable)<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
b) Scanned PDF file of your passport photo page (no photocopies)<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
2. The Israeli Department will send you the documents described in 1 and 2 shown below, which you must sign and return to the Israeli Department by e-mail or mail.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
a) Fill in and sign “Declaration by a Tourist and Consent to the Conditions of Entry and Stay in Israel,” scan it and send it in a PDF file (photocopying is not acceptable) to the Israeli Department by e-mail, or print the PDF file in color and mail it to the the Israeli Department.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
b)\u00a0 Fill in and sign the “Power of Attorney to the Immanuel Tours, ” scan it and send it in a PDF file (no photocopies) to the Israeli Department by e-mail or print out the PDF file in color and mail it to the Israeli Department.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0Please note that if you fill out these forms or sign them incorrectly, even slightly, you will have to do that again.\u00a0 These must be received by the Israeli Department by October 10.<\/div>\r\n
\u00a0<\/div>\r\n
If you are from Tokyo Antioch Church, you can submit these documents at the mission office. Please contact the staffers of the office for more details.<\/div>\r\n
