In Cambodia, people are supposed to carry their government issued identity card. From 15 years old, they are qualified to apply, our orphans have applied, and 8 orphans received their ID cards. We were told that it will take a long time, but we got a lot of help from many people, we got them much earlier than we thought. We appreciate the Lord and your prayers.<\/p>\n
